- When should we bring you into a new build?
- As early as the plans. We do a room-by-room load calculation and design the ductwork, zoning, and equipment around the actual house instead of a rule of thumb. The earlier we're in, the better the comfort and the fewer surprises later.
- Do you work with our builder or general contractor?
- Yes. We coordinate with your builder's schedule for rough-in and final, keep the site clean, and hit the dates the trades behind us depend on.
- Why does air quality matter more in a new home?
- New homes are built tight, which is great for efficiency but means stale air and humidity swings if you don't plan for them. We design in whole-home humidifiers, air purifiers, ionizers, and UV so the air is handled from the first day you move in.
- Can we control everything from our phones?
- Absolutely. We wire and configure smart thermostats and zoning so each part of the house holds its own temperature, and you can manage it all from an app.
